I was running my own SaaS companies when the time came to add customer support.

I looked at Intercom. $854/month. A 7x price increase slapped on 6-year customers with no warning.

I looked at Zendesk. $55/agent/month base. Then AI features were another $50/agent on top. Then CSAT is locked behind the $115/agent tier. Then SLAs. Then analytics.

So I built my own.

I'm Jorge Ferreiro, a technical founder from Madrid, Spain. I scaled StreamYard from $5M to $50M ARR, shipped products at Amazon and Eventbrite, and bootstrapped my own SaaS companies in San Francisco.

I used to code late nights at my parents' place in Spain. No fancy office. No funding. No visa. Just vibes, coffee, and rejection emails.

Then somehow — O-1 visa in hand. Moved to San Francisco. 7,000+ users. Real revenue.

I built TidySupport because I couldn't justify paying $700/month to Intercom for support tooling while building a product solo on 3 months of runway.
